Registration will be at the Sun Valley Inn Limelight Room C from 5:30-7:30 on Wednesday the 12th of February. Hosted wine, beer and appetizers will be served. Attendees may want to make dinner plans following this event.
Sun Valley has discounted rooms and lift tickets for registrants and their families. These rates will be honored three days before and three days after the meeting.
If you call to make reservations, make sure to tell Sun Valley that you are attending the Northwestern Medical Dental Association meeting. The Sun Valley Guest Reservation line is 800 786-8259.

Our Program Chairman, Dr. Dennis Siegler, has put together an outstanding program for 8 Category 1 CME credits. Our meeting format has not changed. Scientific Sessions will be held on Thursday morning and afternoon, on Friday morning only, and on Saturday morning only. The meeting will take place in the Boiler Room in the Sun Valley Village.
Dr. Brian Cameron is working with SV Corporation on our function’s menus.
Our annual Past Presidents' Dinner will be held on Thursday February 13th at the historic Trail Creek Cabin.
Race Committee Chair, Cody Mast, and the Board have decided that due to the low participation numbers the race clinic will not be held this year. It is always possible to schedule a private lesson or practice by running the NASTAR gates on Warm Springs. Public NASTAR racing is available at 11:30 on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays. and Sundays. There is a nominal fee. Check in with the Race Desk at Warm Springs Lodge for details or register online.
Our annual ski race will be on Friday the 14th after the morning Scientific Session. If you want to have lunch after, reserve a table at the Roundhouse Restaurant. Reservations can be difficult so make sure to reserve early.
Carol and Larry Mast are again hosting a potluck wine and appetizer event at their home on Saturday the 15th beginning at 6:30 pm. Please bring a bottle of wine and appetizer to share. Race awards will be given that evening. Carol and Larry's home is located at 210 Aspen Drive 208 725-0201.
Last year our meeting costs exceeded our income by $9700, which has forced us to raise the cost of attending the meeting. Our meeting costs in 2024 were close to $40,000, which is about $2000 per registered member. Our costs come from the Registration reception, the Past Presidents' Dinner, venue fees and CME. The Board has decided to increase membership dues from $300 to $500. In addition we have changed our fee structure to make it the same for all attendees. This year's charge is $2000, which includes the Registration reception and the Past Presidents' Dinner for both the registrant and a guest and the meeting and CME for the registrant.
It is time to send in your dues of $500, which will make you an active member for the 2025 meeting. If you have questions concerning your dues status, please e-mail Larry Mast at: Lemastfam@aol.com
Please mark which functions you wish to attend, number and names of those attending, add up the total owed and send the form, along with you check to the address below.
If you plan to attend our functions, please tell us which you are attending and pay at the time you register for the meeting. Please also indicate whether you are bringing a guest. We have to give Sun Valley catering department the numbers at least 10 days before the event. In the past we have had to guess the numbers, which if we are wrong, costs the organization money.
