WELCOME BACK!!
This year, because of scheduling conflicts with Sun Valley Corporation, we have moved our meeting locations. Dr. Brian Cameron has done an outstanding job finding new discounted accommodations and a meeting location.
Our registration reception will be held at Warfield's Distillery and Brewery, located at 280 N. Main St. Ketchum Idaho, 5:30-9:30 pm Wednesday the 11th of February. They will be serving their signature cocktails, beer and wine as well as appetizers including prime rib, salmon, and an assortment of desserts. Plan on mingling for a while with friends. There will be enough food and drink for everybody.
Make sure when you purchase your ski tickets you say that you are with the Northwestern Medical Dental Association, so you will receive our discounted pricing for your lift tickets.

We have made arrangements for discounted rooms with the Limelight Hotel, located at 151 South Main St. Ketchum, ID. Phone number, 208-260-5842. Tell them you are attending the Northwestern Medical/Dental Association meeting for the special rate. The link to the hotel is below. This will directly access the discounted room rates. Room discounts will extend from Feb 7-15.
Our Program Chairman, Dr. Dennis Siegler, has an outstanding program worth 8 CME 1 credits. The Scientific Session schedule is available on the Scientific Sessions tab above.
Scientific Sessions will be held in the Argyros Performing Arts Center, 120 S. Main, which is across the street from the Limelight Hotel. They will take place Thursday and Friday February 12th and 13th from 7:30 AM to 9:40 AM, and 4:00 PM to 6PM. Breakfast and coffee will be served on both days beginning at 7:15 am.
The Presidents' banquet will be held at Knob Hill Restaurant on Thursday February 12th following the afternoon Scientific Sessions. Knob Hill is excited to host our group and will be preparing a wonderful meal for our group. The cocktail party will begin at 6:30 and dinner at 7:30.
Carol and Larry Mast plan to host their annual open house on Saturday February 14th starting at 6:30. Carol and Larry's home is located at 210 Aspen Drive 208 725-0201. Please bring a bottle of wine and an appetizer to share.
It is time to send in your dues of $500, which will make you an active member for the 2026 meeting and your $1,500 for the meeting. The meeting fee covers you and one guest. If you have questions concerning your dues status, please e-mail Larry Mast at: Lemastfam@aol.com.
Please pay for you and your guest at the time you register for the meeting. We have to give the catering department the numbers at least 10 days before the event. In the past we have had to guess the numbers, which if we are wrong, costs the organization money.
